I have finished yet another pair of felted slippers. This pair is one of those Oops I have run out of yarn, wow those are cute!, stories. I ran out of the tan Lambs Pride and ended up just doing the toes and edging out of black cherry Lambs Pride. With the needle felted accents, these are to die for! If only I had made them for me!!! Yes, it is better to give than recieve, right?

I love the two colors and the needle felting(I'm assuming that's what it is). I would never have thought of that, but now I might have to copy it. Once I get the pattern. And the yarn...
is the pattern the fiber trends pattern or another one. I just love your slippers
Thank you!
It is actually just a basic sock pattern that I enlarged and adjusted. These are a women's size nine. I cast on 50 stitches and worked three rounds before starting the heel turn and gussets. Once the instep is complete, I knit until it reached about two inches longer than the foot length and then decreased the toe. They should end up 3-31/2 inches longer than the foot length. I made notes on index cards for all of the slippers that I made (12 pair in November and December!) If you want the exact pattern, let me know and I will put it in a legible form. Each size and style was a bit different, so if you are looking for something specific tell me and I will check to see what I have.
Blessings,
Shelly
Hi Shelly,
if you have notes on the slippers I would love to have them. I made felted clogs from fiber trends but they didn't feel comfy on my feet so I wanted something more casual and when I saw yours, I said eureka. Thanks.
